the breakfast was tasty. they had great pillows, i travel often, and this pillow was one of the best.
my stay had issues. after returning from the town at midnight, i seen flys and insects everywhere in the room. they were small insects in the bathroom, on and behind the bed, and on the light. the sink was also clogged with water.

The staff was very friendly. The service was excellent. The room was comfortable. I was kinda surprised by the thoughtful gifts and little details. They came from both the hotel itself and its partners. It. I can sincerely recommend this place.
I am pretty sure I left my headphones in the room. I never got a reply when I messaged the hotel about that afterwards.

The room provided a comfortable bed. It included fresh scent. The room also featured a welcome bottle of wine. A kettle with coffee was available in the room. It added to the cozy feel!!!

the hotel is close to a tram station. this made traveling to the city center easy. free parking was available. the breakfast included many options.
the gym space is small. it requires reservations for specific times, hard to arrange.

The staff was professional, therefore I found the services adequate.
The room was not particularly clean, especially the floor. The spa area is small. It includes one hot tub and one sauna for a single person. It barely qualifies as a spa, despite the price I paid for a spa hotel.

The tram stop IS conveniently located just two minutes from the hotel. It. the staff was VERY helpful and kind. breakfast offered amazing richness and variety.

i found the breakfast buffet abundant with many choices. the fresh fruits and vegetables were a plus. the hotel provided a complimentary bottle of wine, which i appreciated!!!
the lack of air conditioning was noticeable. the room became uncomfortably warm even with the fan. the minibar did not keep drinks cold enough.
